Touring the Mountain Time Zone
We spent most of four weeks camping in the Mountain Time Zone this
year from Montana to Arizona. We camped at high elevations
(average of 6123 ft with 9250 as the highest), saw a river that
disappears, drove over the highest pass (on a paved road 12183 ft),
added two more National Parks to our list, and visited several early
American places such as Canyon de Chelly where we saw places like
the First Ruin pictured here.
