California

Hwy 1 from San Luis Obispo to Monterey.  Has 30 ft truck warning.  From San Simeon to Gorda the road is very narrow with many very sharp turns.  No pavement outside fog line.  Hard to keep trailer between the lines.  30 MPH curves are considered easy.  From Gorda north the road is a little bit wider and the curves not so sharp.

Hwy 36 from I-5 to Mineral.  A relatively easy climb on a good two lane road.  Last few miles are winding with advisory on length of vehicle.

Hwy 41 from Yosemite to Paso Robles. Coming out of Yosemite is a steep climb on a narrow and rough road.  Outside the park the road widens and the descent is fairly easy.  From Fresno to Paso Robles (last few miles on Hwy 46) there are very few gas stations.  Climb over the hills has a couple of steep grades but they are short and the worst one has a truck lane.

Hwy 101 from LA to the Oregon border.  4 lanes almost all the way.  (We didn't follow it through San Francisco-last time we did that we were driving a Montereo and the route wound through some city streets before getting on the Golden Gate Bridge.  Very rough in places in the south.  A few narrow, winding spots in the north going through Redwood groves.  A couple of steep grades in the north.

Hwy 120 from CA99 to Yosemite.  Good and easy road to Priest Grade.  Priest Grade is a 25-35mph climb but is a wide and smooth two lanes.  road narrows at the top through Groveland and then widens.  Climb into Yosemite is steep but was doable around 45mph.

Hwy 168 from Fresno to Huntington Lake.  Lower part of the road is a narrow, winding two lane.  Main climb is on a steady steep grade but the road is 4 lanes.  A little before Shaver Lake the road returns to two lanes, has a length advisory, and has many curves, some of them quite sharp.  There is an 8% grade just past Shaver Lake (descending for east bound).  The road above Shaver Lake is a long climb up to 7500' but the road is a smooth and wide two lane.

Oregon

Hwy 101 from the southern border to Lincoln City.  Mostly two lanes.  Only  a few curvy areas.  All hills are short.  Many small towns to roll through.

Hwy 126 from Eugene to Olallie Campground.  An easy 2 lane road along the McKenzie River. Frequent pullout opportunities.

Hwy 234 and Hwy 62 Gold Hill to Joseph Stewart State Park.  2 lanes, frequently narrow, few if any, pullout opportunities.  Called a Scenic Byway but didn't look too scenic to me.  No hard grades or bad curves.

Washington

Hwy 6 and 101 from Chehalis to Ilwako.  Hwy 6 is narrow for much of it's length and has several very narrow bridges.  Rough in many places and has some sharp curves. Hwy 101 from Raymond south is a good road but quite curvy.
